Dreamwork

We all dream — we may not remember each dream, but they do happen as we sleep each night. Our unconscious speaks to us while we sleep, giving us messages that we can use in our waking lives.

The dream maker (God, Spirit, Supreme Being) can also use our dreams to assist us, tell us things we need to know to fully live in this complicated world.

But, you might say, "my dreams don't make sense," or "how can I tell what they mean?" Joining a dream group, or working one-on-one with a trained dream mentor can help you discover the meaning of your dreams. Dreams use metaphors and symbols as we might find in poetry or other literary forms.

As a graduate of the Haden Institute, and having studied dreams through the writings of Carl Jung, Marian Woodman, Robert Johnson, and many other authors, I have learned how to run dream groups and be a mentor.

I will be offering groups on both Zoom and in-person, and one-to-one sessions.

According to Carl Jung, “Dreams are the guiding words of the soul.”
